Main Introduction:
Mud Vacuum Degasser is a special purpose product for gas treatment in drilling fluids. This unit is positioned downstream from shale shaker, mud cleaner and mud gas separator, while hydrocyclones and centrifuges follow in the arrangement. It is used to remove small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by mud gas separator.
TRZCQ Vacuum Degassers are able to serve the needs of any application. It's usually installed after shale shakers. Each degasser can efficiently and effectively remove gases from gas-cutmud, thus ensuring the proper mud weight is pumped down hole. By doing so, degassers are able to aid in the prevention of potential blowouts. Unlike the traditional vacuum degasser, our degasser is a self-contained unit. It is monitored by level sensor to protect over suction of the fluids.
