Vacuum degasser we can call it mud gas separator, is the second phase cleaning equipment in whole drilling fluids system. APZCQ series vacuum degasser is no need to fit the feeding pump. The drilling mud can be sucked into degasser vessel under the negative pressure. Our degasser can be used as a heavy-power agitator and supported application to all types of mud circulation purification system.
Drilling fluid in the shaker tank is drawn by degasser via the suction line. The negative pressure produced by the vacuum pump. When we operate the degasser turn on the vacuum pump motor firstly to let vessel be empty. Then the mud introduced into degasser tank under the negative pressure.
