Brief Introduction Of XY-1B Drilling Rig
XY-1B core drill is a kind of low speed and high torque portable drill with oil pressure feeding.
Application of XY-1B Drilling Rig::
(1) Engineering geological investigation of railway, hydropower, transportation, bridge, dam foundation and other buildings.
(2) Geological core drilling and physical investigation.
(3) Small grouting Confucius, drilling of blasting hole.
(4) Small well drilling.
Features of XY-1B Drilling Rig::
(1) It has hydraulic feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency and reduce labor intensity of workers.
(2) The drilling rig is equipped with a ball clamping mechanism and 60000 active drill pipes. It can reverse the rod without stopping the machine. It has the advantages of high efficiency, convenient operation, safety and reliability.
(3) It is equipped with a pressure gauge at the bottom of the hole to indicate the pressure, so as to master the situation in the hole.
(4) The handle is centralized and easy to operate.
(5) The base is equipped with oil cylinder, which can be moved forward and backward to facilitate the lifting and tripping of drilling tools
(6) The drilling rig is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, strong in decomposition and easy to be relocated. The loading form is trailer type, and crawler type and disassembly type are suitable for working in plain or mountainous areas.

Product Application:
1. Drillings for the general exploration and investigation of solid mineral deposit, engineering geotectonic survey and concrete structure inspection holes.
2. Diamond drill bit, alloy drill bit and steel roller drill bit and so on are available for drilling according to different geological structures.
3. When the final holes are respectively 75mm and 46mm in diameter, the rated hole depths are separately 100m and 180m. The maximum of depth may not exceed 110% of that drilled in each hole. The maximum allowable hole diameter is 150 mm.
