Matters Needing Attention in Drilling Process Of Crawler Drilling Rig
1. After drilling structure of crawler drill bit, the center drilling tool needs to be replaced in time. 2. When the drill bit of crawler drilling rig is summarized in the drilling process, it is also necessary to carefully observe the follow-up situation of the casing, timely understand the specific situation in the hole, and timely keep the hole clean when necessary, and the drill bit in the drilling rig is not allowed to pull out forcefully during the drilling process.
3. Sometimes more residual rock slag will be left at the bottom of the hole of crawler drilling rig, and the rotary part of the eccentric bit will be blocked by the rock slag, which will affect its closing production. At this time, it is necessary to transport compressed air, clean the hole again, and make the DTH hammer work for a short time, and then lift the central drilling tool again.
