The water well drilling rig is maintained at different times
The maintenance of water well drilling rig is very important, which can prolong the service life of the equipment, keep the water well drilling rig in a good operation state for a long time, reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the personal safety of operators.
1. Monthly maintenance:
Thoroughly carry out the items required by shift and weekly maintenance.
Remove the chuck and clean the slip and slip seat. Replace in time if damaged.
Clean the filter in the oil tank and replace the deteriorated or dirty hydraulic oil.
Check the main parts and components. If damaged, replace them in time. Do not work with injuries. Completely eliminate the faults occurred in this month.
If the well drilling equipment is not used for a long time, all exposed parts (especially the surface of the processing surface) shall be coated with grease.
2. Weekly maintenance:
Thoroughly carry out the items required by shift maintenance.
Remove the dirt and soil on the tooth surface of chuck and slip.
Clean the oil and mud on the inner surface of the holding brake.
Eliminate faults that occur within this week.
3. Shift Maintenance:
Check whether all exposed bolts, nuts and safety pins are firm and reliable.
Eliminate other faults in the shift.
Check the oil leakage everywhere and deal with it as appropriate.
Check the oil level of transmission, transfer case and hydraulic system oil tank.
Add lubricating oil or grease according to the lubrication requirements.
Wipe the external surface of the well drilling rig equipment, and pay attention to the cleanness and good lubrication of the surface of the well drilling rig base, slide-way, vertical shaft and so on.
