ST 300 Water Well Drilling Rig Machine Features

Woking Attentions
During the working process of water well drilling rig, the pump is used for reverse circulation operation. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the circulating fluid flows from the sedimentation tank to the bottom of the well through the return ditch along the annular gap of the well. At this time, the rotary table drives the drill pipe to drive the drill bit to rotate for drilling. The negative pressure established by the suction of the mud pump sucks the debris mud into the inner cavity of the drill pipe and discharges it into the sedimentation tank through the mud pump.
Leakage of drilling mud:
Because the water head is too high, it will also penetrate into the hole wall.
Avoid or dispose of:To avoid mud leakage, the retaining wall can be strengthened by adding thick mud or filling clay to slowly deform, or by repeatedly impacting the retaining wall with filled soil infiltrating into gravel and pebbles;
the diver can fill the joint leakage with absorbent cotton and quick drying cement to seal the joint.
