Cause: Drill pipe/tools cannot lift, lower or rotate, leading to shutdown
Simple Treatment: Blow out rock powder first; use seamless pipe with butter/asphalt to fish broken drill wings
Severe Sticking: Apply external torque & auxiliary tools to rotate, feed air while pulling up until recovery
Restart: Apply low pressure first, gradually increase to standard working pressure
