 Pneumatic Borewell Machine maintenance

Correct maintenance and repair is very important to maintain the technical performance, service life and reliability of the drilling rig. Daily maintenance and repair are carried out before and after the shift every day. The main contents are as follows:
(1) check whether all fasteners are loose.
(2) check whether the spindle rotates flexibly.
(3) check whether all control switches are normal and flexible.
(4) check whether the oiler is normal, whether the oil quantity is qualified and whether the oil quality is qualified.

(6) remove rust spots on rusty parts and apply rust inhibitor.
(7) there is a filter screen at the pipe joint in the gas path, which can not be removed at will, but also cleaned regularly.
(8) the shell of the drilling rig is made of aluminum alloy. It is strictly prohibited to fall, smash and press.
(9) disassemble and clean regularly, clean all parts in the motor housing and add lubricating oil. Parts with severe wear shall be replaced. Generally, the two handles do not need to be removed, but the air pipe connector can be removed to clean the filter screen.
