ZPEC drawworks covers single shaft single speed gear transmission, single shaft dual speed transmission, three speed transmission, and four speed transmission structures.
Features of single shaft gear transmission:
This is main component of DB (VFD) series rigs;
Drawworks gear box with single shift stepless speed and two shifts stepless speed;
Single shift stepless speed gives hook speed 1.2 to 1.5 meters and two shifts stepless speed gives 1.2 to 1.7 meters
Three shafts four speed chain transmission:
This is the main component of DZ (SCR) series rig;
Drawworks consists of input, mid and drum shafts to form 4 forward and two reverse shifts (4+2R). max. hook speed is 1.2 to 1.7 meters per second.
Drawworks components design conforms to API Spec 7K.
