Product Description
Shale shaker is primary solid control equipment in the drilling fluid purification system. Which is used to separate the large particle suttings contained in the drilling fluid, and the treated smaller particle drilling fluid can be passed to the next stage of solid control equipment for further processing. Shale shaker is the prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the latter stages of solid control equipment. If the shale shaker can not work normally, the latter stages of solid control equipment will be overloaded with work, seriously affact the work effect, caused the performance of the drilling fluid to deteriorate, aggravate the wear of drilling pump cylinder liners, pistons, drill bits, noggle, etc and thereby increasing the pump repair time, it is easy to cause complicated underground conditions. Therefore, shale shaker are important for improving drilling fluid performance and reducing drilling costs.
