1. Desander and desilter cones adopt polyurethane (PU), high-chromium cast iron or ceramic.
2. Desander is equipped with 1-3 10'' desander cones. Each cone can process 500 GPM and separate particles within 40-100 μm.
3. Desilter is equipped with 8-20 4'' desilter cones. Each cone can process 80 GPM and separate particles within 10-74 μm.
4. Screen bed tilt angle can be adjusted manually during operation with reliable performance.
5. Compact design with small footprint.
6. Fast screen replacement.
7. Desilter assembly can be arranged as in-line or round type according to customers’ requirements.
