KQZ2800M Plunger Pump, reciprocating five-cylinder piston pump
KQZ2800M pump is a new type of reciprocating five-cylinder piston pump. The maximum input power of the pump is 2800HP. The pump is widely used for high power fracturing in intermittent oil Wells.
Main structural features:
1. It is composed of three parts: power end assembly, hydraulic end assembly and planetary gear reducer;
2, long stroke, low stroke frequency, connecting rod load, specially designed for ultra-deep oil and gas well fracturing construction, compared with other similar products, weight reduced by 10%, avoid the vehicle overweight;
3, external planetary gear reducer, large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, small impact on the internal parts of the big pump, long service life of parts;
4. Hydraulic end adopts EWS design, the hydraulic end and the power end are connected with 20 alloy steel rod, when the hydraulic end is removed, the rod stays on the power end. The plunger and small connecting rod are connected by clamp, which makes it convenient to disassemble and maintain the hydraulic end.
5, the hydraulic end assembly is installed with three different specifications of plunger (4", 4.5", 5"), in order to obtain different pressure, displacement for customers to choose the use.
