KQZ1000 Plunger Pump, reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal five cylinder piston pump
KQZ1000 pump is a reciprocating, positive displacement, single acting, horizontal five cylinder piston pump, the pump's maximum input power is 1000HP. The pump is widely used in intermittent well operations such as acidizing, cementing, fracturing, killing, and gravel packing. The pump quality is reliable, improved on the basis of 600 pump, with all the advantages of 600 pump, while increasing the input power, there are long pump and short pump, short pump structure can be used for double machine double pump back-to-back installation, for customers to choose.
Main structural features:
1. It is composed of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and reduction box;
2. the use of a unique reducer external design, reducer can be left or right, there are 16 different installation positions can choose to install, easy maintenance;
3. derived from the 600 short pump, with all the advantages of 600 short pump, while increasing the input power and output displacement, can be used for back-to-back side by side installation;
4. with 600 pump wearing parts of the complete interchangeability;
5. there are two different pump head body to install four different specifications of plunger (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5"), different displacement and pressure for customers to choose.
