Sheave grooves are heat quenched to provide good abrasion resistance and long service life.
Rope bar and rope barrier are provided to prevent the wire rope from crossing or tailing out of the sheave grooves.
Wooden buffer device is provided.
Lifting frame for maintaining sheaves assembly are provided.
Crown block sheave and traveling block sheaves are interchangeable.
