Features of Flexible Disc Coupling:
The diaphragm of the Flexible Disc Coupling itself is thin, so it bends easily when a relative displacement load occurs, so it can withstand up to 1.5 degrees of deviation while producing low bearing loads in the servo system. Flexible Disc Coupling are often used in servo systems, and the diaphragm has good torque rigidity. Diaphragm couplings, on the other hand, are very delicate and can be easily damaged if they are misused in use or not installed correctly.
