A2-70 Stainless Steel Hexagon Head SEMS Screw with Double Washers, Spring+Flat Lock Washers
SEMS screws are also called combination screws, which are assemblies of screw bolt with washers.
The screw is assembled with a spring lockwasher and a flat washer. The flat washer protects delicate surfaces from damage while the split washer resists loosening from small amounts of vibration. Hex head can be installed with a hex driver bit or an allen wrench.

A2-70 stainless steel has bigger tensile strength than common stainless 18-8 or 304.
