Equipment Description
The equipment realizes automatic small bottle infeed, quantitative filling, capping, labeling and bottle collection. There is 6-12 weighing scales, and can fill 3 different sizes of bottles. The machine is explosive proof, and production speed could reach 1000-2000 bph. The machine is equipped with high speed tracing capping machine, and high speed bottle rotary labeling machine, which could ensure production capacity.
The equipment using peristaltic pump to realize material adding, so that the machine could fill various types of liquid. The machine is easy to operate, and easy to maintenance.

1. When was Daesum first established? Where is our factory located at?
- Shanghai Daesum Science Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. (“DAESUM”), founded in 1997, is located in 2688 Xinghua Road, Jiading, Shanghai. The company built its own production and living site, with total GFA of 7000m². The site is composed of 5 workshops, 1 office building, and 1 complex building. The workshops occupy around 3600m² in total.
2. What kind of product do you provide?
- 1-1000L filling machines, and powder packing machines, as well as dosing and mixing production line.
