Equipment Description
GZ200-1D is able to realize the automation of manual drum upload, auto drum infeed, auto bunghole positioning, auto cap loosening,
auto quantitative filling, auto capping, auto capping inspection, and auto heavy drum outfeed. D series realize nozzle positioning
with the combination of electromechanical and visual tech.
When the empty drums reaching cap loosening station, the equipment finish positioning and cap loosening, and after heavy drums reaching capping station, the equipment finish capping and visually inspect whether drums are capped correctly. D series are highly automatic, usually equipped with cap organizer, labeler and palletizer, thus occupying more area with long conveyors. Ex-proof motor, air extraction equipment, labeler, palletizer and wrapper are optional.

1. When was Daesum first established? Where is our factory located at?
- Shanghai Daesum Science Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. (“DAESUM”), founded in 1997, is located in 2688 Xinghua Road, Jiading, Shanghai. The company built its own production and living site, with total GFA of 7000m². The site is composed of 5 workshops, 1 office building, and 1 complex building. The workshops occupy around 3600m² in total.
2. What kind of product do you provide?
- 1-1000L filling machines, and powder packing machines, as well as dosing and mixing production line.
