Product Overview
GZ1000-A semi-auto machine is able to realize the automation of forklift pallet upload, manual cap loosening, manual positioning, auto quantitative filling and forklift heavy pallet out. The empty containers are placed on the pallet before filling, free from palletizing. Multi filling nozzles, equipment base, driven conveyor, ex-proof motor and air extraction equipment are optional.The filling line is equipped with driven roller convy, an operator platform, and 2 additional filling guns that can be used for replacement. The operator can easily switch the filling nozzle to accomplish different materials‘ filling task.
