Working principlesof BH dry mortar plant :

Operating procedures:
| 1) Turn on the power. Wipe the stirring pot and the stirring blade with a damp cloth before mixing. |
| 2) Pour the weighed cement and standard sand into the mixing pot. |
| 3) Start the machine, add water after mixing for 5s, and add it in 20s-30s. |
| 4) Stop the machine for 180±5s from the start of the machine. |
| 5) Scrape the rubber sand stuck on the blade and remove the stirring pot. |
| 6) After the end of the operation, the mixing blade and the stirring pot should be cleaned in time. |
Maintenance:
1. It is necessary to lubricate parts that are not ideal for lubrication.
