The rotary dryer machine is a professional three-pass rotary drying equipment specially designed for dry mortar production lines. It is mainly used for removing moisture from river sand, manufactured sand and quartz sand, which are the core aggregates of all kinds of dry mortar products. Wet sand with high moisture content easily causes material agglomeration, poor mixing uniformity, unstable mortar strength and low finished product yield. Adopting a three-layer nested rotary cylinder structure and countercurrent hot air circulation technology, the machine achieves full heat exchange between materials and hot air. The three-layer inner-middle-outer cylinder structure prolongs the material heat exchange time. Sand forms a uniform material curtain inside the drum, ensuring thorough and even drying. It completely solves the problem of uneven drying and residual wet core in traditional single-cylinder dryers.
Equipped with internal thermal insulation layer and waste heat recovery system. The thermal efficiency reaches above 80%, which reduces comprehensive energy consumption by more than 30% compared with traditional dryers. It effectively lowers long-term factory operating costs.
The cylinder adopts thickened wear-resistant steel plate, and internal lifting plates are made of high-strength anti-wear materials. It can resist long-term impact and friction of high-hardness sand, ensuring stable mechanical performance and long service life under continuous industrial operation.

Check cylinder tightness, transmission system, lifting plate wear condition, hot air pipeline and dust removal system before startup. Ensure no foreign objects inside the drum. Never start the machine with faults.
Maintain continuous and even feeding speed. Overfeeding will cause material blockage, while unstable feeding will lead to inconsistent finished sand moisture. Remove large impurities in advance.
Adjust drying temperature and cylinder speed according to raw sand moisture. Avoid long-time ultra-high temperature operation to prevent cylinder deformation and material scorching.
Do not touch rotating parts and high-temperature pipelines during operation. Cut off the total power supply completely before maintenance, cleaning and component replacement.
Clean residual sand and dust inside the cylinder and dust collector after shutdown. Regularly lubricate bearings and reducers, and replace worn parts periodically.
Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormal noise, blockage, air leakage or temperature abnormality. Do not operate with hidden failures.
