The rotary dryer is a high-efficiency industrial three-pass rotary drying equipment specially designed for dry mortar production lines. It is mainly used for dewatering and drying river sand, manufactured sand, quartz sand and other mortar aggregates. Wet sand with high moisture content will cause material agglomeration, uneven mixing, low strength and unstable quality of finished dry mortar. Adopting a three-layer nested rotary cylinder structure and counter-current hot air circulation technology, the rotary dryer realizes continuous heating, evaporation and dehumidification of granular materials. It can stably dry wet sand with 15%–20% initial moisture down to ≤0.5% final moisture, fully meeting the strict aggregate standards for industrial dry mortar production. With stable operation, large output and low energy consumption, it solves the low efficiency, poor uniformity and high failure rate of traditional single-cylinder drying equipment, serving as the core front-end drying equipment for standardized dry mortar production lines.

Adopts inner, middle and outer three-layer circulating drying structure. Materials form a continuous material curtain inside the cylinder and make full contact with hot air in multiple directions. The drying cycle is longer and heat exchange is more sufficient, ensuring consistent moisture of finished sand without wet core or uneven drying.
Equipped with waste heat recovery and internal thermal insulation structure. The hot air circulates in the closed cylinder to reduce heat loss. Compared with traditional single-cylinder dryers, the thermal efficiency is increased to over 80%, and the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, greatly lowering long-term production costs.
The cylinder adopts thickened wear-resistant steel plate, and internal lifting plates are made of high-strength anti-wear materials. It resists long-term impact and friction of high-hardness sand, effectively avoiding equipment deformation and abrasion. The optimized transmission system ensures stable rotation, low noise and long service life.
Matched with negative pressure closed dust removal system and bag dust collector. It effectively captures floating dust and fine sand generated during drying, realizes zero dust overflow, meets international environmental protection emission standards, and improves workshop working environment.

Check the tightness of cylinder connection parts, the wear condition of internal lifting plates, the normal operation of motor and reducer, and the unobstructed state of hot air duct and dust removal pipeline. Prohibit starting with faults to avoid jamming and equipment damage.
Maintain continuous and uniform feeding speed. Overfeeding will cause internal material accumulation and blockage, while intermittent feeding will lead to unstable drying temperature and uneven sand moisture. Remove oversized impurities in advance to prevent cylinder abrasion.
Adjust drying temperature and rotating speed according to incoming sand moisture. Avoid long-time ultra-high temperature operation to prevent cylinder deformation and material scorching. Monitor discharge moisture in real time to ensure stable finished quality.
Operators must receive professional training. It is forbidden to touch the rotating cylinder and high-temperature pipeline during operation. Cut off the total power supply completely before maintenance, cleaning and parts replacement.
Clean residual materials and dust inside the cylinder and dust collector after daily shutdown. Regularly lubricate transmission bearings and reducers, and inspect wearing parts to extend equipment service life.
Once abnormal noise, temperature surge, material blockage or air leakage occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. Strictly prohibit faulty operation to prevent secondary failure.
