A: The main causes include insufficient single-batch mixing time, concentrated feeding of fine additives and fibers, severely worn paddles, and residual solidified materials inside the cylinder. Corresponding solutions: properly extend mixing time, feed auxiliary materials in uniform batches, replace worn parts regularly, and thoroughly clean the mixer after each production shift.
A: Powder leakage is mainly caused by aging shaft end sealing components and loose sealing of inspection doors and discharge ports. Stop the machine and cut off power firstly, replace damaged sealing accessories in time, and fasten all connecting bolts to restore full sealing performance.
