1. Start the mixer with no load firstly, then feed materials evenly via NE15 bucket elevator, forbid starting with full load.
2. Strictly control material moisture, do not mix sticky wet materials, avoid paddles sticking materials and motor overload trip.
3. Forbid hard metal blocks, large stones entering the mixing cylinder, prevent paddle bending and equipment damage.
4. Check reducer lubricating oil level every week, add gear oil regularly; check shaft seal wearing condition monthly.
5. Clean cylinder residual materials after daily production, keep inner cylinder clean to avoid material caking.
6. Cut off total power supply before opening cleaning door for maintenance; do not touch running paddles during working.
