Descriptions of Dry Mix Mortar Plant:
Stepped horizontal installation of the equipment (suitable for lower workshops, no foundation, simple installation), excellent performance, simple operation, small floor space, less work per unit (2-3 people), high material mixing uniformity, production High efficiency, it is a dry powder mortar production equipment with moderate price, reasonable configuration, high cost performance and low maintenance cost.
Main configuration: large angle screw feeder (division type and underground type, please specify when ordering), platform bracket, double shaft high efficiency mixer, unloader, finished screw hoist, storage bin, fully automatic packaging, dust collector (Optional), electrical control cabinet and other components.
Dry mortar production line can produce following dry mortar:
The first type is bonded mortar, which mainly includes tile adhesive, caulking agent, special bonding mortar for thermal insulation composite system, etc.;
The second type is plastering mortar: such as interior and exterior wall plastering, putty, colored decorative mortar, thermal insulation mortar, etc.;
The third type is masonry mortar: including ordinary masonry mortar, special thin bed mortar for concrete blocks, and thermal insulation masonry mortar;
The fourth type is floor mortar: for example, ordinary floor mortar, self-leveling mortar, etc.;
The fifth type is special mortar: including repair mortar, waterproof mortar, hardened powder, etc.
