Non-Standard Customized Electric Hot Air Furnace Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer
This industrial fluidized bed dryer delivers superior performance for drying granular and powdery materials. The system comprises an air filter, heater, fluidized bed unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel for comprehensive drying operations.
System Configuration & Operation
Dust collection equipment is selected based on material properties. For heavier granules and powders, a cyclone separator suffices, while lighter materials require a bag filter. Optional accessories include pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors.
Particle materials enter via feeder while filtered, heated air is blown into the fluidized bed bottom. Gas-solid contact through the distribution plate enables efficient heat and mass exchange. Dried material discharges through the outlet, while exhaust passes through cyclone and bag filtration before atmospheric release.
Working Principle
Clean hot air distributes through valve plate into the bed. Wet material from feeder achieves boiling state via hot air contact. Extensive material-air interaction enhances heat and mass transfer, enabling rapid drying within seconds to minutes. Continuous operation allows material entry at one end, fluidized drying, and automatic discharge from the opposite end under negative pressure conditions.

Place equipment on level surface and secure with anchor bolts
Ensure all components are properly sealed
Fan can be installed outdoors or in soundproof room
Layout adjustable according to specific site conditions
