The rake vacuum dryer is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying device designed for efficient material processing. Wet materials undergo conduction evaporation with continuous agitation that removes material from heated surfaces. After moisture evaporation, material is extracted by vacuum pump technology.

Working Principle
The rake-type vacuum dryer consists of stirring shaft, drum, transmission system, and sealing components. Drying heat is primarily supplied through the stirring shaft and drum jacket, with indirect heating causing moisture vaporization that is promptly removed by vacuum systems.
Operation begins with wet material loading into the dryer. Heating medium (steam, hot water, or thermal oil) is introduced into the jacket while vacuum pumps establish specified vacuum levels (50-90 kPa). The stirring mechanism then activates to ensure uniform drying.
