1. Superior Handling of Challenging Materials
Traditional fluidization methods struggle with sticky particles, high-moisture content materials, wide size distributions, and products prone to clumping. The mechanical vibration in VFBDs effectively separates sticky or heavy particles, preventing channeling and ensuring uniform fluid bed conditions throughout the drying process.
2. Reduced Air Velocity and Energy Consumption
Mechanical vibration assists in material lifting and movement along the dryer bed, reducing the required air velocity for proper fluidization. This results in:
