I. Basic Structure
The spray drying granulator consists of seven core components: control cabinet, liquid feeding cart, main unit, heat exchanger cabinet, sub-high-efficiency filter, silencer, and exhaust fan. Equipped with a negative pressure feeding system, it is divided into five functional subsystems: feeding, hot air treatment, granulation and drying, negative pressure exhaust, and automatic control.
II. Working Principle
The exhaust fan creates negative pressure throughout the system, allowing clean hot air to fluidize the dry powder seeds in the fluidized bed. The liquid feeding cart delivers the liquid feed, which is atomized and sprayed into the chamber. Droplets adhere to the powder particles, forming agglomerates. Continuous hot air evaporates moisture, solidifying the mixture into uniform granules. Exhaust gas is filtered before being discharged. The entire process is automatically controlled by the control cabinet.
