Environmental Friendly Vibration Fluidized Bed Dryer For Granule
I. Working Principle
Hot air passes upward through the distribution plate, lifting the material; simultaneously, the equipment undergoes slight low-frequency vibration. Under this dual action, particles become suspended and separated from each other, achieving a fluidized state. The hot air directly contacts the material, rapidly removing surface moisture. Driven by the vibrational force, the material moves steadily forward across the bed surface, enabling continuous feeding and discharging.
The moist, heated air after evaporation of moisture is discharged from the top and enters dust removal and purification.
II. Features
1. The vibration source is driven by a vibrating motor, ensuring smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, long service life, and convenient repair.
2. High thermal efficiency saves over 30% energy compared to conventional drying equipment. The bed temperature distribution is uniform, with no localized overheating; fluidization is even, and there are no dead zones.
3. Excellent adjustability and wide adaptability: the thickness of the material layer, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude can all be continuously and precisely adjusted.
4. Minimal damage to material surfaces, suitable for drying fragile materials; performance remains unaffected even when particles are irregularly shaped.
5. Fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-contamination between material and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
III. Typical Materials for Application
Inorganic salt pellets, chemical crystalline materials, plastic pellets, grains, sugar, feed pellets, ore pellets, pharmaceutical pellets, resin particles.
Typical applications: dehydration of crystalline materials, pellet drying, and simultaneous cooling after drying.
