The high-efficiency fluidized bed dryer is a specialized drying equipment without granulation capability, designed specifically for drying granules, pills, and powders. It is commonly used in conjunction with wet granulation processes and widely applied in the food, chemical, and feed industries, meeting GMP production standards.
The equipment consists of an air supply system, heating chamber, fluidized bed tank, bag filter, and exhaust fan. Clean hot air, after heating, is evenly distributed through a perforated plate at the bottom, causing the material to suspend and fluidize. The hot air fully contacts the material, rapidly removing moisture and achieving high drying efficiency. The entire unit operates under negative pressure in a sealed environment; the bag filter captures fine particles, minimizing material loss and preventing dust leakage.
Airflow and temperature can be independently adjusted, making the low-temperature drying mode ideal for heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese herbal granules and health foods. The material receives uniform heating, resulting in consistent moisture levels in the final product, with no clumping or scorching. The internal surfaces are mirror-polished, eliminating dead zones where material could accumulate, and allowing easy disassembly and cleaning. Compared to conventional ovens, this dryer significantly reduces drying time, features automated operation, and consumes less energy. It supports both batch intermittent production and continuous operation integrated into production lines, making it the mainstream drying equipment for granules, wet powders, and pill-like materials. one Features
