Introduction

Horizontal double-ribbon mixer is suitable for mixing different kinds of powders, powder with a little bit liquid, and powder with tiny granule. It is widely used in powder material manufacturing process in many fields, like chemical, medicine, food and construction fields.

1. Flexible material selection
Material can be carbon steel, manganese steel, ss304, 316L and 321; besides, differentmaterial can also be used in combination. Surface treatment for stainless steel include sandblasting, wiredrawing, polishing, mirror polishing, all can be used in different parts of a mixer.

2. The driven unit
Options for motor: general motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motor, high efficiency and energy saving motor. Commonly used reducers: R-series, K-series, and F-series gear box; cycloidal reducer, universal gear reducer, planetary gear reducer.Commonly motor-gearbox connection: direct connection, pulley connection, hydraulic coupler connection.

3. High efficiency mixing unit
Different main shaft agitators can be equipped according to the properties of raw materials.The main shaft agitator could be: inner and outer ribbon, paddle and ribbon, disconnected ribbon, and shaver-shaped agitator.

4. Excellent discharging unit
The drive types of valve are Manual, pneumatic, and electric.Valves for consideration: powder spherical valve, cylinder valve, plum-blossom dislocation valve, butterfly valve, rotary valve etc.

5. Various inlets
Various inlets on the top cover of the barrel can be designed according to different situations.They can be used as man hole, cleaning door, feeding hole, vent, and dust colleting hole.The top cover can be designed as fully-opened lid for easy cleaning.

6. Powerful auxiliary components
Mixer is frequently equipped with many auxiliary components, like steam coil jacket, honeycomb pressure jacket, medium circulation jacketsampling valve, high speed chopper, temperature sensor, weighing system, dust removal system and so on.

A: Our warranty is one year. After warranty we still offer you lifetime after-sales service, anytime you need we are there to help. If the problem is easily to solve, we will shoot asolution video for you. If video doesn't work out, we will send engineer to your factory.

4. How can you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component/spare parts providers test their products before they offer com-ponents to us. Besides, our quality control team will test machines performance or running speed before shipment. We would like to invite you come to our factory to verify machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we will take a video to record the testing procedure and send the video to you.

5. Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A: Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them. If needed engineers are available to come to your factory to help install machines, test machines and teach your staff to use the machines.

6. Can I come to your factory to observe machine running?
A: Yes, customers are warmly welcome to visit our factory.

7. Can you make the machine according to buyer's request?
A: Yes, OEM is acceptable. Most of our machines are customized design based on cus-tomer's requirements or situation.
