FG Series Vertical Fluidized Bed Dryer — FG-200

The FG Series Vertical Fluidized Bed Dryer is a high-efficiency industrial drying solution designed for continuous dehydration of powder, granule, and crystalline materials. The FG-200 model delivers 200kg/h evaporation capacity, making it ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and mineral processing applications.

Working Principle

Hot air passes through the material bed at high velocity, suspending solid particles in a fluidized state. This maximizes heat and mass transfer efficiency, achieving rapid, uniform drying with precise temperature control. The vertical design minimizes floor space while maintaining high throughput.
