The FG-500 Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) is an industrial-grade continuous drying system engineered specifically for pharmaceutical API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) powder and granule dehydration. Working Principle
Pre-filtered and heated air passes through the product container at controlled velocity, fluidizing the powder bed. This creates an intensive heat and mass transfer interface, achieving rapid moisture removal while maintaining particle integrity. The closed-system design with anti-static features ensures safe operation with sensitive pharmaceutical compounds.
