MG Dry Mortar Plant are widely used to produce all sorts of mortar, including putty mortar, rendering mortar, masonry mortar and waterproof mortar. The full product line with advanced and high efficient dryer, mixing system, control system and dust collection system ensures quality mortar production.
The non-gravity mixer works on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles rotate in opposite directions inside the drum. When materials are thrown into the air current by rotating paddles, non-gravity force is generated, creating three-dimensional compound motions for even, rapid, and circular mixing.
