MG series Semi-automatic Dry Mortar Plant is based on the latest design technology from Europe, and this production adopts the advanced computer auto-control system, whose production capacity can reach to 30-100 thousand tons per year depend on the system configuration. The production line consists of storage system, dosing and batching system, conveying system, mixing system, air compressor system , packaging system, and dedusting system, etc
Features Of MG Semi-automatic Wall Putty Mixing Machine:
1. Good dispersibility: the inside of the mixer use a unique design, can effectively dispersed
polypropylene fiber and wood fiber, completely solved the problem which caused by the
proportion of different materials and fiber segregation.

Working Principle of MG Semi-Automatic Wall Putty Mixing Machine:
First the rew material is put into the feed hooper according to mixture ratio, and then, through the action of control system, the equipment can realize automatic feeding, automatic mixing and automatic rationing and packaging. Furthermore, the equipment adopts high-efficiency double shaft paddle mixer as its main mixing system. Requiring little investment and small area but with good efficiency, it shall be an ideal one for small and medium-sized company.
