Dry mortar, also known as pre-mixed mortar, is manufactured in factories through precise batching and uniform mixing. It can be used directly on construction sites by simply adding water. Different additives provide various properties, and demand has rapidly increased due to its superior quality compared to traditional on-site mortar production.

MG automatic dry mortar plants offer consistent quality, automated control, and significant time and labor cost savings. Through the addition of various chemical additives, these systems provide excellent bonding properties, thermal and acoustic insulation, crack resistance, workability, water retention, wear resistance, anti-corrosion capabilities, and more.

The MGDM-3.7 automatic dry mortar plant produces dry mortar with a capacity of 10-30t/h. Based on the latest European design concepts, this production system utilizes advanced computer auto-control technology, achieving an annual production capacity of 30-36 thousand tons depending on configuration.

The non-gravity mixer operates on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles installed inside the drum rotate in opposite directions. Scientifically calculated paddle separation and angles create instantaneous non-gravity forces, throwing materials to opposite areas. The space between twin shafts forms a fluidized non-gravity area with air eddy currents, while the bottom forms an air flowing layer, resulting in three-dimensional compound motions for comprehensive, rapid, and circular mixing.
