MG series Dry Mix Mortar Tile Adhesive Production Line is designed based on traditional single mixer technology, enhanced with material transportation systems, finished product storage silos, and automatic packing machines. This integrated solution forms a complete dry mortar production line that significantly improves working efficiency by automating the entire process from feeding and mixing to conveying and packing.

The screw ribbon mixer offers exceptional economy and cost-effectiveness for dry mortar mixing. Featuring outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts, it achieves maximum material mixing efficiency. The inner blades force material outward while outer blades push material inward, creating a back-and-forth mixing motion that delivers uniform results in just 10-15 minutes per batch.

Equipped with Φ165×3500mm screw conveyor that transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.

Includes a 1.5m³ finished product hopper for storing completed material and preparing for the packing machine, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Valve-type automatic dry mortar packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity, 4kw power. Achieves packing speeds of approximately 5-6 seconds per bag with high weighing accuracy, automation level, and easy maintenance.

0.25m³, 2.2kw compressor provides air source for the automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, enabling quick packing and efficient broken arch operations.
