Key Components
1. Ribbon Mixer Machine
The screw ribbon mixer is the most economical and cost-effective dry mortar mixer. Outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts mix materials thoroughly. Inner blades force material to the sides while outer blades push side material inward, creating back-and-forth mixing for uniform results in approximately 10-15 minutes per batch.
2. Screw Conveyor
Features Φ165×3500mm dimensions, transferring mixed mortar from mixer to finished product hopper.
3. Finished Product Storage Silo
Approximately 1.5m³ capacity, designed to store finished material and prepare for packing machine, significantly improving efficiency.
4. Automatic Packing Machine
Valve-type automatic dry mortar packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity, 4kw power. Packing speed approximately 5-6 seconds per bag. Features high packing speed, accurate weighing, high automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
5. Air Compressor 0.25m³, 2.2kw capacity, providing air source for automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, achieving quick packing and broken arch functionality.
Working Principle
Step 1: Raw material is loaded into the feeding pot of the screw conveyor and transported into the mixer. Step 2: Multiple raw materials are mixed by the multi ribbon screw mixer. Step 3: Mixed material is transported into the end product silo by the second screw conveyor. Step 4: Finished product is packed into bags by the packing machine.

We also provide installation instructions, layout drawings, and assembly drawings. For customers with their own engineers, they can install equipment using our provided installation steps, with optional online video guidance.
