The latest design dry mix powder mortar mixing plant is an automatic powder mixing equipment. The proposed mixing station consisting of a combination of a twin-shaft mixer and a batching system can fully utilize the advantages of both systems. Operation is simple and convenient with Chinese and English menu displays, simulated device status monitoring, and audible/visual alarms. The entire work process is computer-controlled after minimal button operation.

Working Principle
When the dry mortar manufacturing plant operates:
Raw materials are transported into silos via bucket elevator or pump truck
Materials are conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scale by screw conveyor according to formula ratio
Premixed materials are lifted into premix hopper by bucket elevator
Materials enter twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing
Mixed materials are transferred to automatic packing machine
Packed bags are conveyed to next process via belt conveyor
