The dry mix powder mortar production line is an automatic powder mixing equipment featuring a combination of twin-shaft mixer and batching system. This integrated solution maximizes the advantages of both systems with simple, convenient operation. The system features Chinese and English menu displays with simulated device status indicators and audible/visual alarms. With minimal button operation, the entire workflow is managed through computer control.
The production process follows these sequential steps:
Main Materials: Sand, cement, gypsum, fly ash, limestone, calcium ash, vitrified micro bubbles
Additives: HPMC, citric acid, reinforcing agents
Bonding Mortar: Masonry mortar, wall and floor tile adhesive, ceramic tile adhesive, tile joint mortar, anchorage mortar
Decoration Mortar: Decorative plaster, inner/outer wall putty, skim coat, colorful decorative mortar
Protection Mortar: Water-proof, anti-corrosion, self-leveling, wear resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation, repair, anti-crack, mildew-proof, shielding mortar
