Raw Material Storage Silo
Designed for storing dry building raw materials including sand, cement, fly ash, slag, and calcium carbonate powder. Standard silos include level regulators, air breaking devices, dust collectors, pressure safety valves, and complete assembly accessories. The air breaking device facilitates material feeding while the dust collector maintains clean operation. Level regulators monitor material levels for timely refilling, and safety valves ensure smooth material discharge when working with screw conveyors.
Bucket Elevator
A vertical lifting device capable of reaching heights of 20-35m with high-efficiency lifting speed and substantial transport capacity. Available in belt type and chain type configurations. Chain bucket elevators can handle heated materials and offer higher capacity and lifting height capabilities.
Automatic Weighing System
This automated batching system significantly reduces labor and material resource requirements. Equipped with three S-type sensors for precise measurements during operation. Input formulation weights for each raw material with high precision, minimizing weighing errors while saving labor costs and improving output.
Twin Shaft Agravic Paddle Mixer
Features high mixing speed, superior uniformity, and low power consumption. Effectively mixes materials with significant differences in specific gravity, particle size, and shape without segregation. Pneumatic-controlled material discharge completes within 3-5 seconds.
Automatic Packing Machine
Utilizes computerized metering devices for accurate weighing, stable performance, and simple operation. Equipped with dust collection ports for environmentally friendly production. PLC-controlled for intelligent operation, compatible with bag belt conveyors and robot palletizers.
Pulse Dust Collector
Specifically designed for dry mortar machine dust collection with pulse solenoid valves for automatic dust removal. Compact structure with convenient maintenance, featuring high ash removal kinetic energy and efficiency. Uses specialized fabric filters for optimal dust collection with integrated fans, cloth cylinders, and filter assemblies.
Control Cabinet
PLC control system with high intelligence level, providing automated control from raw material storage through screw conveying, ingredient weighing, mixing, packaging, and complete dry mortar plant management. Intelligent and user-friendly operation.
Working Principle
The automated feeding dry mix powder mortar plant operates through a systematic process:
Various raw materials are transported into storage silos via bucket elevator or pump truck
Materials are conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to formulation ratios using screw conveyors
Premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator
Materials enter the twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform blending
Mixed materials proceed to the automatic packing machine for packaging
Packaged bags are conveyed to subsequent processes via belt conveyor
