MG series Dry Mix Mortar Mixing Plant is designed with material transportation system, finished product storage silo and automatic packing machine, forming a complete dry mortar production line that automates feeding, mixing, conveying, and packing processes.

The screw ribbon mixer offers high economy and cost-effectiveness for dry mortar mixing. Outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts mix materials thoroughly, achieving uniform mixing in 10-15 minutes per batch.
Φ 165X3500mm conveyor transfers mixed mortar from mixer to finished product hopper.
Approximately 1.5m³ capacity hopper stores finished material and prepares for packing machine operation.
Valve type automatic packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity and 4kw power, achieving packing speed of 5-6 seconds per bag.
0.25m³, 2.2kw compressor provides air source for automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, enabling quick packing and broken arch functions.
MGDM-3.0 dry mix mortar mixing plant consists of first feeding screw conveyor, multi-spiral ribbon mixer, second discharge screw conveyor, finished product hopper, automatic valve bag packing machine, air compressor and control panel.
