Working Principle
The automated feeding dry mix powder mortar plant operates through a systematic process: raw materials are transported to silos via bucket elevator or pump truck, then conveyed to automatic weighing scales by screw conveyor according to formula ratios. Premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper, transferred to the twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform blending, then directed to the automatic packing machine. Finally, packed bags are conveyed to subsequent processes via belt conveyor.
