TPU DTF Hot Melt Powder is a specialized adhesive powder designed for use in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Made from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), it is the ideal solution for achieving high-quality, durable, and flexible prints on fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even synthetic materials like leather. TPU DTF powder offers excellent adhesion, ensuring that prints stay intact through washing, stretching, and repeated use.

This advanced powder is designed to melt and bond effectively during the heat transfer process, leaving behind a soft, vibrant, and long-lasting print. Its unique properties ensure superior elasticity, wash resistance, and excellent color retention, making it a great choice for both small and large-scale printing operations.

How to Use TPU DTF Hot Melt Powder:

Step 1: Print the Design
- Print your design onto DTF transfer film using DTF inks with a compatible DTF printer.
- Make sure to mirror the image, especially for designs with text.
Step 2: Apply TPU Hot Melt Powder
- While the printed film is still wet, apply TPU DTF Hot Melt Powder evenly over the design. Use a powder shaker for even distribution or apply it manually for smaller production runs.
- Shake off any excess powder to avoid uneven coating.
Step 3: Cure the Powder
- Cure the film with the powder using a heat press or oven. Apply heat at 160-180°C (320-350°F) for 2-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the design.
- Ensure the powder has fully melted and bonded to the print.
Step 4: Transfer to Fabric
- Place the cured film onto your fabric and apply heat with a heat press at 160-170°C (320-340°F) for 10-15 seconds.
- Once the print is transferred, peel off the film while it is still warm.
Step 5: Final Cool Down
- Allow the fabric to cool before use. The design should now be vibrant, soft, and highly durable.
