Primary Features:
Superior Sample Quality and Integrity: The defining feature is its closed-loop system. Drill cuttingsare transported to the surface inside the inner tube of the dual-wall drill rods.
This minimizes contamination from the borehole walls or collapsing materials, providing highly
representative and uncontaminated samples from the target depth. Enhanced Drilling Efficiencyand Penetration Rates: By utilizing a down-hole hammer powered by high-pressure air, the RC rigachieves rapid penetration in hard rock formations. The air not only drives the hammer but alsoeffectively clears the cuttings, leading to faster drilling progress and reduced downtime.Continuous and Large-Volume Sampling: The system produces a continuous stream of coarse,
chipped samples. These samples are collected in large bags or drums at regular intervals (typically
every meter), creating a precise and reliable depth-correlated record of the subsurface geology.
