Triple Lock Aluminum Flexible Duct Machine Technology Specifications
This kind aluminum flexible duct machine is special for producing Triple Lock Aluminum Flexible Duct. A semi rigid and lightweight non-insulated air duct, Triple Lock (T/L) is manufactured by using a dead soft aluminum strip which is spirally wound and mechanically joined together forming an air tight and leak proof triple lock seam.
Our Duct Winding Machine can process the aluminum flexible duct diameter range from75 to 300 mm normally, other diameter range machine can be supplied with client’s requirements.
It can be used directly on site, the min thickness can adopted is 0.08 mm. Whether to adopt the flexible duct production machine with auto cutter tracing saw or without this cutting device can be optional,
The aluminum flexible duct compression is 20-25%.

Triple Lock Aluminum Flexible Duct
The Triple Lock Aluminum Flexible Duct, a semi rigid and lightweight non-insulated air duct with triple Lock is manufactured by using a dead soft aluminum strip, spiral winding and mechanically jointed together, to obtain the tight and leak proof lock seam.
With Triple Lock design, this style aluminum flexible duct can be used in very high temperature and corrosive environments and situations, like chimney liners, chemical and toxic air extraction, or oil and electric stoves. It is very suitable for cook hoods as well.
The customized lock style aluminum flexible machine can be supplied according to client requirements. The flowing Triple lock pattern is for client reference.
