Description
Transmitting 93.4% of all visible light no other product offers better light transmission – not even glass. Add to this its excellent resistance to outdoor weathering, its high tensile strength and rigidity, light weight and good resistance to impact.
1. The product itself is transparent like crystal , the light transmittance is above 93%, and the light is soft, the vision is clear, and the acrylic colored with dyes has a good color development effect.
2. Acrylic sheet has not only excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and surface gloss, but also good high temperature performance.
3. Acrylic sheet has a good processing performance, which can be thermoformed or mechanically processed.
4. The transparent acrylic sheet has a light transmittance comparable to that of glass, however the density is only half of that of glass. Also, it is not as brittle as glass, and even if it breaks, it does not form sharp shards like glass.
5. The wear resistance of acrylic plate is close to that of aluminum, with good stability and corrosion resistance to various chemicals.
6. The acrylic sheet has a good sprayability, and the appropriate printing and spraying process can give acrylic products an ideal surface decoration effect.
