1. PCB Reverse Engineering (Cloning)

Recovering Lost Intellectual Property.

If you own a physical board but lack the manufacturing data, we can reverse-engineer it to generate a complete, production-ready data package with 99.9% Netlist Accuracy.

The "De-layering" Process

We use destructive scanning techniques to analyze multi-layer PCBs layer by layer.

  • High-Precision Scanning: We sand down the PCB substrate layer by layer, scanning each copper layer with high-resolution industrial optical scanners.

  • Netlist Generation: Our software traces the connectivity between every pad and via, reconstructing the complete electrical Netlist.

  • Deliverables: You receive a full manufacturing package, including Gerber Files (RS-274X), NC Drill Files, and a generated Bill of Materials (BOM).

Firmware Extraction & BOM Recovery

  • BOM Construction: We measure and identify every component on the board. For unmarked passives, we use LCR bridges to determine values. For marked ICs, we identify the exact MPN.
