To shorten lead times, we initiate PCB fabrication and laser stencil creation immediately after the EQ (Engineering Question) phase is cleared. While components are being shipped from distributors to our facility, the bare boards are already in production. This parallel workflow reduces the total project timeline by 3-5 days compared to sequential processing.
A Turnkey order is often the first time a design is built. Our CAM engineers perform a "Sanity Check" before procurement:
Footprint Verification: Checking if the BOM part matches the PCB pad layout.
Stock Validation: Identifying End-of-Life (EOL) or zero-stock items immediately and suggesting drop-in replacements.
